2.

3.
"by the book"
As a registered dealer, we send you a dealer book
with all pricing instructions. The follow this
procedure
For Alu Star (rectangular shutters):
-
Determine the finished measurements of your shutter including guide rails, end slat, and box size. Also determine which slat profile and operator style is best for this application.
-
Look up your particular shutter in the "Rectangular Rolling Shutter" section in your dealer book.
-
This is the suggested retail price for a strap operated shutter of that particular style and size.
-
Apply your discount to this retail price to determine your cost then add to the price if your shutter requires a larger operator. Add $35 for a crank box, $75 for a gear crank, or whatever motor charge is spelled out on page 23 in the "rectangular" section. Be sure to select the motor based on lifting capacity required.
-
The only cost you need to worry about now is the packaging/shipping charges. There is a $20/ shutter packaging charge. Contact the factory for shipping charges if you have problems getting a freight estimate.
For Studio Star
-
Look up your particular style and size shutter in the dealer book "Studio Star" section.
-
Apply your discount. This cost includes the motor cost. Remember that all Studio Star shutters are motorized.
For Sun Star
-
In the "Sun Star" section locate the pricing for your particular size shutter. Remember that the slope must be at least 10 degrees for the shutter to work properly.
-
