Our photovoltaic solar system went online!
Thanks to a generous USDA grant, Alutech United, Inc. is now contributing to Delaware's clean energy production.
With the contribution from the Renewable Energy for America Program, Alutech United has installed a 12.96kW PV solar system in Delaware (Selbyville) that will:- Produce approx. 17.000 kWh of clean energy annually
- Reduce our electric bill by about $2,800 annually
- Generate additional savings through the sale of Renewable Energy Credits (RECs)
- Avoid greenhouse gases and CO2 emission
We invite everyone to visit our facility and see green energy production "in action". Many thanks to the USDA and Green Street Solar for the great job they did for our company, our community and the promotion of clean energy.
